“ Ordino spesso la pizza da loro la sera per praticità, datoc he la mia ragazza abita a pochi metri dalla pizzeria. Preferiamo andare a prendere di persona le pizze per non dover aspettare gli orari delle consegne a domicilio. Ingredienti freschi, gustosi e ben bilanciati. Impasto leggero, ben lievitato e oserei dire sempre in miglioramento. Una delle migliori pizze simili a quelle a cui sono abituato in Italia. Non è stile napoletano... ma è davvero un'ottima pizza. Non posso valutare direttamente la qualità dei prodotti a mezzogiorno o per meglio definirli "pronti da portar via", in quanto sfornano pizze che vengono tagliate in tranci, in modo da poter soddisfare richieste per spuntini veloci in pausa pranzo o mentre si aspetta il bus. (posso capire che alcuni possano valutare la quaità in base ad un'esperienza di questo tipo, dove appunto acquistano un trancio di pizza freddo di diversi minuti e trovarla gommosa... ma mi sembra anche ovvio e a mio avviso non descrive fedelmente la qualità del servizio che offrono.) L'unica pecca riscontrata è l'app nativa del locale che non funziona benissimo e la mancanza di alcuni ingredienti a cui io sono abituato (ma ripeto.. da italiano la pizza è condita in modo molto diverso in generale) ad esempio la salsiccia. Per concludere: consiglio la pizza di Mc Joe, specie se avete tempo di aspettare 15-20 min per averla calda appena sfornata da mangiare d'asporto. Se invece avete fretta e cercate un trancio al volo, sicuramente sarà buono, ma non aspettatevi una mozzarella filante ed un impasto alveolato dopo diversi minuti dalla cottura. Mostra meno ”
